Cameras
We have two brands of studio cameras that can be used : the Blackmagic Ursa, which are currently deployed in the studio, and the Sony PXW cameras, which reside in the studio booth for general usage.
Both cameras feature plenty of I/O and are fairly portable (with the right V-mount battery).

Sony PXW-X320
These are pretty decent cameras, but have a maximum resolution of 720p (or 1080i). Single-handedly the only real bottleneck in the entire system, as the house format is decided by the weakest link in the chain.
The Sony cameras use SxS cards to record — shoots that could last longer than 30 minutes should have two or more SxS cards on hand to prevent downtime. You can swap cards while recording if you remove the card that isn't actively being recorded to.
